Loganholme State School is proud to be recognised both locally and beyond for our strong commitment to student success and high expectations for all learners. As a result, we have seen increasing interest and enrolments from families outside our immediate area.
To support our growing community, Loganholme State School operates under an Enrolment Management Plan. This plan outlines the conditions under which students may be enrolled, with a designated Catchment Map defining the area from which we draw our intake of students.

Prep at Loganholme
Starting school is a milestone in every child's life—an exciting time filled with new experiences, friendships, and discoveries. At Loganholme State School, our Prep program lays the foundation for a lifelong love of learning in a supportive and stimulating environment.
We focus on active, hands-on learning that fosters creativity, problem-solving, effective communication, and social development. Open and ongoing communication between teachers, families, and support staff is central to building a strong learning community.
We also offer a comprehensive Prep transition program, including multiple school visits during the year before starting Prep. These sessions help children get to know their new environment, meet staff, and become confident about starting school.
Prep is the first compulsory year of schooling in Queensland. To enrol, your child must turn five years old by 30 June in the year they begin.
