What an exciting week we had in the HPE department of Loganholme SS this week, with 93 of our Year 2 and Year 3 students undertaking a week long intensive swimming program through our local swimming school “Sue Howlett’s Swim School”. What a fantastic time everybody had throughout the week. Everyone I spoke to, from students, teachers and parents were all very pleased with the week. A big thank you to the teachers who accompanied our students and to those teachers who stayed behind and maintained lessons. Thank you too, to the parents who managed each day to have their children ready for swimming for the next day with washed and dry swimming togs and towels. All-in-all, a very worthwhile experience and one we’ll do again next year. A big thank you to Willis Bray also, for all the planning, preparation and liaising with the swim school, teachers, parents and students. A true example of the great partnerships at work here at Loganholme State School.
